Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem Solids contain 100 calories per three tablets, they are super easy to consume and chew, they don't “go bad” no matter what the weather does and they are a complete and satisfying source of energy. Perpetuem Solids can be used with other Hammer Nutrition products or, if desired, as a sole source of calories.

Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem Solids should not be dissolved in water. Simply chew the tablets or take them with water or another energy source such as Hammer HEED.

The tablets are very easy to break in the mouth, but people with dentures should be careful when using Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem Solids.

Hammer Nutrition Perpetuem Solids contain no refined sugar and no artificial colors or sweeteners. These tablets can be used for workouts and races of any duration. These tablets are especially beneficial for longer workouts and races when high quality solid nutrition is desired and it is not practical to carry a water bottle. For example, they are absolutely perfect for use during the run of a triathlon, or at any time during a race.
