High5 Energy Drink is a sports drink for use during exercise. EnergySource contains electrolytes and a carbohydrate blend with a maltodextrin-fructose ratio of 2:1. Studies suggest that you should consume a maximum of 60g of carbohydrates per hour from traditional sports drinks. The recommended intake for the new generation EnergySource with 2:1 fructose can be significantly higher, up to 90 grams per hour. The ingredients help maintain endurance performance during longer endurance exercise and improve water absorption during physical exertion.
