Santa Madre Carbofuel 45CHO (ratio 1:0.5) is an energy drink rich in carbohydrates and mineral salts that can be consumed during exercise.

Santa Madre Carbofuel provides 45 g of carbohydrates per dose and 400 mg of sodium, so it not only has a high carbohydrate content, but also a very high concentration of mineral salts.

It has been developed for endurance sports, ideal for working on high carbohydrate nutritional strategies. With its 1:0.5 ratio, it allows us to work with total guarantees of up to 90 to 100g of CH per hour. To avoid the drop in performance due to glycogen deficiency and to improve recovery after the end of the effort.

Santa Madre Carbofuel 45CHO is a gluten-free, lactose-free drink suitable for vegans. Its flavours are pleasant and smooth so as not to cause digestive problems.

Application

Dilute 52 g in 500 ml and take during physical activity.
