Santa Madre Unusual Fuel 100CHO (1:1 ratio) is an innovative drink. It provides 100 g of carbohydrates per 500 ml and 500 mg of sodium.
It is the only drink on the market that provides 100g of carbohydrates per serving and uses a 1:1 ratio. This means that nutritional strategies with more than 100 g of carbohydrates per hour can be implemented.
The drink was developed based on hundreds of scientific studies, physiological data and field research. Santa Madre Unusual Fuel utilises a revolutionary 1:1 ratio. This allows the GLUT5 transporter to absorb more carbohydrates than previously thought. SGLT1 and SGLT2 are also more strongly activated. This means that the limit of 110 g of carbohydrates per hour is exceeded.
It is specially developed for long-term sports and athletes who need large amounts of carbohydrates per hour. A targeted training strategy is important, as the GLUT5 transporter works better with increasing exertion.
Santa Madre Unusual Fuel 100CHO is gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan. Depending on the variant, it is also available with caffeine. This drink provides large amounts of carbohydrates and should not be confused with a hydration drink. It is advisable to combine it with additional water while taking it. The amount of additional water depends on temperature and humidity. These values are approximate as each body reacts differently to exercise and external conditions.
Application
Mix sachet of 106 g with 500 ml of liquid. Take the drink during intensive training or competition phases.
